Thyme Out is the Perfect Unique and Intimate location for your next gathering.
The front room holds up to 22 guests with Original 100 year old Pocket Doors which may be
closed off for your privacy.This room may be utilized during regular business hours.
For group gatherings with guests totaling over 22, special hours are required,
Special hours available are anytime on Sundays ( Sunday events require a minimum of twenty guests)
and on Saturday Mornings from 9-11:30 .a.m. or Saturday Afternoons from 2-4:30 p.m.
Groups up to 15 may order off the regular menu lunch or dinner menu depending upon time of event
Groups of 16-22 may order off the *sit down menu
Groups of 22 or more may order off the *buffet menu
F.A.Q.
May I bring Outside food into the cafe?
No Sorry due to Health codes no outside food or drink may be brought into the cafe.
May I decorate?
Yes You may bring table decor or party favors except Table sprinkles or Confetti of any kind.
How Early can I arrive as the host to decorate?
Yes You may arrive 30 minute prior to scheduled party to set up decor etc...
What if I have one or two guests that have special dietary needs ?
Yes We can make arrangements for Certain food allergies such as to Gluten etc. or for Vegetarians
Are Taxes and Gratuity Included?
No Taxes and gratuity are not added to any pricing for either *sit down option or to *buffet menu option
What about cakes and dessert?
Yes We now have an excellent Pastry Chef who can bake something special just for your group!
